Default 14" wheel fitment

1999 2.5 RS
bolt pattern 5x100
i have a bad ass set of studded snow tires that fit a 14" wheel
i for sure cant fit a steel 14" wheel on my car because of the strange lip on the inside of the wheel. i measured the brakes and a 14" wheel should fit...

I am wondering is there anyone out there that has ran a 14" wheel on a GC8?

Just do it, if they clear the brakes (which you said they do) and the tires don't rub anywhere then its good. Your speedo will probably be a bit off but other than that its fine.

Just tell them you've done it before and the wheels fit fine...white lies get you a long way

Not possible. They will not fit over the brake calipers and if you actually found one that would work, the gearing and your speedometer wouldn't be remotely accurate.

Find a set of Subaru steelies from any Impreza or Legacy in 15inch size. My '04 TS came with 15 inch steelies which are perfect for winter applications.
