Default looking for good repair shop in michigan

my first post. im from michigan and rec. bought a 2003 wrx, sedan from the orig. owner with all the paper history from dealer maintenance service and the original window sticker! has 149,000 miles and all oem no modifications. im over 40 and was driving to work 6am hit my first deer, and now am seeking out for a shop who is reputable. have 1 est. so far around 3000, needs hood, headlite, condenser coil rad., radiator, top cross support behind both headlites, grill, etc. the dealer it was bought from doesnt do body work, but have contacted fox subaru in grand rapids and they do body work and my insurance comp. doesnt care where i get it fixed they didnt even want a acc. report. so unless any body says dont go there i guess im gonna schedule this coming week at fox, as they were busy till after holidays. i hit the deer on 12-6. i also have many pics of the car before and also of the damage. i should make that my 1st second post! ive never dealt with any body shops, and only couple dealerships over 20yrs ago. thanks for any experiences or info

Default found a different body shop

ive found a body shop closer to home and will most likely be dropping it off this coming week. how ever i have a ac question for any one who may shed some lite for, condenser coil needs replaced for ac, but ac didnt work when i bought the car, not sure had leak, paper history shows like around 3 different times it was charged, probably slow leak, im sure i could have fixed it but it was fall when i bought it and didnt need it, also notice that defrost setting works fine without dehumidified air( ie: pushing the ac button on with heat on defrost) like some people do in winter. im not a huge ac fan anyways, and was wondering about a delete bracket to remove compressor and belt and tensioner bracket, possibly fix it later or if i ever were to sell the car. not caring about hp gains, as car is oem. just wondering do i even need the bracket, i searched the forum but came up short, my nav. skills arent the best, any one knowing of some short cut stuff for me would be so appreciated

Most parts stores sell compressor delete brackets. Check NAPA, etc.
