rpm drop after new wires
so i installed new plugs a month ago and then had to order some wires, I threw on the new wires today and all is well except if i tap the gas my rpms drop to nearly nothing then go back up. This happens every time I stop. All the wires are connected tightly>? This also happened when i just put plugs in but then went away. Any suggestion what it could be?
2005 rs new rallitek wires installed

At night time, open up your hood while the car is started, and see if the wires are arcing. I had this problem on my old Jetta, it was like frankenstein **** in there man!
EDIT: oh this was after aftermarket wires as well, i will forevermore use oem wires for now on |

I had this issue when I installed a grounding kit. It'll eventually go away, the ECU has to reset and relearn timing. Should clear up after a 50 miles or so.
