I would say suspension upgrade should be first. The improvement will be very noticeable in your everyday driving.

I'd have to agree; suspension w/rear bar.
H&R w/AGX's should work...

I just got my H&R springs from SPO Motorpsorts a couple of weeks ago...cost me $200...Then get their Adjustable swaybar kit $325(NEW SPO Motorsports three way adjustable rear sway bar kit. This bar answers all types of demands from the person who wants to improve street performance to the weekend and professional racer. Designed specifically for the 95-99 Legacy's. This all inclusive kit has endlinks, new mounting hardware, ideal for rally and rally cross. 19, 20, 21mm bar, all zinc coated to prevent rust. Kit also includes new urithane bushings desined specifically for each application. Bar is easily adjusted in five minutes with easy hand tools.
...There alone is $525 ...

or go with the H&R $200, a 20-21mm Whiteline/Cusco swaybar $180, and wait for Cobb Tunings intake like me...

...Trey says it will probably be $260

TOTAL: $640...thats another $90 that you can save up in three weeks before it becomes available!!!

...or you can get the H&R and Swaybar and buy my Weapon-R Carbon Fiber F1 with aK&N filter (I'll give both filter-Weapon-R's sponge and K&N...for $100) I had the air filter kit for over a year...so that's $480 that you can spend to give you better handling and a little gain in HP-let alone a nice ass sound coming from your engine when you step on the gas...let me know

oh, ok, that answers my question. But jeez how I would love to pull in to school, shove it in neutral and get on it with a stromung. I would love to hear that pop from back pressure. I really just cant make up my mind.

Post Here's my dilemma and I want your opinion...

Ok, say I have around $550. Should I:

1.) Get the Cobb Stage 1 engine upgrade with the Stromung exhaust, pulley kit, and K&N Air filter

or

2.)Get some springs from a GB in the vendor section and some KYB AGX Struts? (I would want to lower at least 1.5")

Please give me your personal opinion. Thanks

gimp.
