Guys I got my car dynoed at Gruppe-S today at their dyno day. My hats off to those guys for their operation, super nice guys. I was told the stock STIs are in the low 220s! It managed to open the eyes of the tuners when I made 249/242 awp/awt. This was my best run. My mods where only KN baffled short ram and Invidia downpipe. I kept the stock catback, and no boost creep. What's nice with just these two mods the car pull strongly all the way to redline. The dyno graphs validate this.

Another STI had headers but was hitting fuel cut because of boost creep, >19psi. His good run netted him 260 awp/250s awt, but he was backfiring/knocking. He said he was going to get the ecutek.

Some of the wrx were impressive. One guy who had wrx, ecutek, tbe, injectors, gruppe-s headers, vf34, pump, put down 240/225 awp/awt. This was at 16psi. There shop car put down around 290, on vf34 and similar mods but was running on 100 octane and 19 psi of boost.

vtecTHIS, I believe tuning is $165 an hour using the dyno. That's about average. Maybe install prices for parts is cheaper, particularly parts bought there. I got to run 3 times on the dyno for 60.00. That's pretty cheap!

I just dynoed mine Saturday at MZM here in Austin on their Mustang Dyno.
My [email protected] shows 14.50 and my weight shows 3400.
They were saying stock STis usually get 190-200 on their dyno which seems really low. I was happy to get my [email protected] and 221.9awtq @4000rpm stock.

My Dyno Sheet

Its crazy seeing your dyno chart, its like mine but its like the whole thing was raised up 50hp throught the rev band!
