I inventoried the HFS-6 Kit i bought back in october or november last year, it was purchased used but BNIB at the time, i wish i would have just spent an extra 150 dollars and got it new from a dealer, it was missing the water level sensor and a compression fitting and the controller box looked as if it a had been in a tornado. i did discover this after i received it last year and the seller did refund me and bought me the missing parts i needed.

Yesterday i ordered a tank from howertonengineering.com, awesome website, they sell aquamist kits and tanks and all the parts needed to make a super water injection system.

I think tonight ill start the mock up of the kit and take some pictures for you all.

Jeff Howerton is great to talk to on the phone too, for those emergency next day parts

+onemillion for Jeff Howerton & Howerton Engineering. Used them many times when playing with the meth kit and getting it dialed in how I wanted.

I've got a spare 3 gallon and a spare 2 qrt surge tank if you get tired of waiting. You get that jet taken care of or you still need another one?

i was knocking some when we turned it up so we backed up the timing some.

meth kit is now installed and we're gonna see what 25psi feels like with meth and water. 25psi is right in the efficiency level for this turbo and we should see about 450-480 hp with the higher octane and advanced timing. Stay tuned....

This vehicle would look good on a respectable magazine once its all said and done. Then people can go "WTF people have bad ass cars in ALASKA? I didn't even know they had paved roads up there!"

That and a few Youtube vids and so on.

Great work btw it looks awesome. Hope I get to see what it can do before I move away in June.

HAhaha, yeah... I've been talking in public about "meth", like "Need to get more meth tonight", "Running low on meth" etc etc...
The looks you get are priceless!

Buddy of mine that runs sprintcars up here ran arround town for a week or 2 with a 55gal drum of Meth in the back of his truck, and the bulk plant and written on it in bold Yellow marker "METH"... That was fun

Back on track, what tablet is that in the pics?
I've been looking to get a tablet.... I wanna be able to hookup to the car with it, so an iPad is out...

Not a "Tablet" but our IT guy told me that Target has the Acer PC laptop for $249 with a $30 rebate right now.

Edit:

Acer Aspire One 10.1" Netbook (AOD257-13685) with 250GB Hard Drive, 1GB Memory - Diamond Black
ASIN: B004UR1670 DPCI: 080-11-0311 Price: $234.99 after rebate

It shows to be available at all Target stores in Anchorage and Palmer.

This would be great if you plan to run RomRaider and OpenSource tuning.

Maybe not. I have an iPhone4, and using a wireless OBDII port, I can log my car using my phone. Im still twiddling with it, but I think the app is called 'Rev,' its like 34.99 and you need the wireless OBDII, but I can log all sorts of cool things, boost, whp, 0-60, mph, mileage, afr, and more. Its been a while since I used it, seeing as Im on the other side of the planet (in a timezone with a half-hour increment...)

hahaha

i said "i got 100% meth" the other day and got a look. it was classic.

the tablet is a Moto Xoom, there are a couple apps the can connect to bluetooth OBDII reader but nothing that can actually tune or log, just view. The nice thing about the Xoom is that it does have a usb port so if in the future RomRaider does make an app it could tune or log.

Im waiting for someone to be explaining this to another person with a cop within earshot. Like, "Ya, I got a full tank of meth in my trunk, picked it up from this shop yesterday," greeted by the sound of sirens lighting up...

I'd do it just so I could have a ****-eating grin after explaining that is possible to have 2 meanings to one word.
