Thanks leonyuen! I've been thinking of mounting the SPT Exhaust a little higher, as I'm worried about my ground clearance now. The exhaust tips are fine, but the pipe connection dips down pretty far. I've only got about 3 inches of ground clearance with that... and in snow you can see the canyon it scrapes through.

LOL, yeah. It's not that I'm chicken... in fact I already had to do a little cutting to get 'em to fit the first time. I also have been looking into doing some kind of soundproofing... as my poor ride-alongs sitting in the back can't hear much. It's pretty loud in my hatch with this beefy exhaust!

Nice, another NJ guy.
I ended up ordering fog light, tail light, and emblem overlays from them, shipping was $9 to my home address, which is pricey but still cheaper than paying $30 to get a PO Box because the package place I use across the border does not accept letter mail.

But But But... won't it look weird if we cut into it? How much would YOU cut into your bumper?

The low under hang is what's holding me back too for now. I was looking at Mike from Rallisport Direct's dual exhaust setup he's selling, but it's just as low as reverend's SPT setup =\.

I think as long as it's done right, as in finished to look nice and clean instead of just "Hey, someone dremeled into the bumper for cut-outs with the Exhaust tips" like the WRX Mule, it'd be fine. The hassle I think I'll run into is resetting the hangers. It was already quite the bitch to get the stainless steel welding off to rebuild the new hangers to fit under my Impreza. I'm tentative to say "Hey, it's been great... but now we need to adjust all the hard work we just did", you know?

When I saw all those WRX concept photos, my faith in my car's aesthetics started to waiver... but then I straightened myself out and took some sunset/night shots. I'm feeling much better now.

I'm from mid MI, and I'm currently in the Pittsburgh area. The roads where I live are all flat, straight, and in a perfect grid. The roads here are RIDICULOUSLY curvy and hilly, and I could not be more in love with my car. If anybody in the Pittsburgh area would like to meet up at some point this weekend, I'll be around! We can take pictures and whatnot.

Come to the Iceoplex tomorrow evening (Saturday)! It's off 79 south. Big car meet. I'll be there most of the night.. If you wanna come, we can meet up and roll out if you're not familiar with where it is..

I'm going to Pittsburgh this weekend, my best friend lives there in Carnegie. Hilly is an understatement! & Pitt is Subie central. I've never seen so many Subarus before.

That sounds totally awesome! I'm actually in a small town called Lower Burrell, visiting some family. I am free tomorrow evening! AverageWhiteBoy, I believe I PMed you my contact info already. I've never actually been in to Pittsburgh so that should be fun. I stupidly did not bring my fancy wheels with me! I didn't want to rack a thousand miles on them on the first weekend of having had 'em.
