There was another member who had done this and I owe him for the idea but I can't remember who it was and I cant find the thread. But if he sees this, thank you!

Was installing a kartboy short shifter this weekend and decided to restitch the shift boot and ebrake boot with red stitching. I think it looks million times better than stock!

I have a 2015 WRX Limited.
I have a metal symbol I want to add to the front grill but when popping the hood I cant access the grill due to 2 large fans. Is there anyway around this wo taking off the bumper? I really dont want to do that.

Going out on a limb, but there is also probably a radiator and an A/C core in the way too, so no, you'll probably have to pull the bumper at least part way.

Default need help. lights wont turn off

Just replaced my headlights today on my 2005 impress and for whatever reason my taillights stay on when the car is off. I tried re-installing the old ones along with leaving everything unpluged but they still stay on. I checked for any wires that could have crossed or some how made a connection to give them power but had no success. Any suggestions? I don't want to take the thread but I really need help quick so I don't get a dead battery.

I took the bumper off and on by myself. I had never done anything like that before and found it really easy to do. The only pain in the ass part was the foam insert that goes behind the bumper. I ended up taping that in place with blue painters tape.

Subispeed had a pretty good walk through of the entire process on YouTube.

Wanted an AFR gauge. Didnt want anothrr big filthy round gauge in the car, need to be in my direct line of sight and needed to be near the tacho. With all that in mind i had only one option which was to make my own gauge. Ordered an ASPX kit with LED display and got to work. This is the finished product

^That turned out really good! Fiberglass? I've been considering doing something like this to keep my gauges down on column cover, but a bit lower than my ATI setup has them (they're too high for my taste and block out a lot of the readouts on the dash there). Any tips?

Yeh fibreglass. I have never done anything with fibre glass ever so this took alot of trail and error. I think i made about 6 molds before i was happy with one, then another 3-4 actual parts before i was happy with one to spend the time finishing. Ended up jist making a cardboard template of what i wanted amd filled it with exanda foam so it was solid and used random bits of cloth the make the mold as it was easier to wrap around than the actual fibreglass cloth. I made the part seperate to the steering column and finished till it was perfect before fibreglassing it to the shroud and using abit of fibreglass filler and bog to fill in where it meets the column shroud. Used wet and dry paper 1000 and 1500 for the final cut.
