Actaul 2001 WRC replica spoiler?
Does anyone know of any place that makes or will be making a copy of the actual 2001 WRC's spoiler. The kind shown here in the picture that hangs off of the trunk lid a bit, not the 22B type that everyone makes for WRX now(just my opinion but they look a bit out of place on the WRX).
I'm kind of surprised there hasn't been one made yet(that I know of anyway). I know the 2003 Prodrive edition STi had one on in the pictures, but that's about it. TIA.

Even the one on the 2002 WRX STi Prodrive doesn't look exactly like that. It's just not practical for the spoiler to hang that far off the trunk lid.

Sorry guys, all of the places mentioned sell the "22B style" spoilers, and as I said in the original post, is not what I'm looking for. Some places classify them as "WRC style" spoilers which is true...if you are talking about the 97-2000 WRC Impreza.
As far as replica stuff goes, the guy that wants it is similar to myself in that, if it stays on and looks decent from 10 yards away, it's good enough And Rebellion, what exactly is not practical about the spoiler shown here? It sticks out no farther then the bumper, and they are mounted pretty much halfway between the back window and the end of the trunk, so it's not like it's going to fall off And you are correct that the Prodrive style STi spoiler is not identical, but it does hang off a bit and it has the same basic shape as the WRC spoiler. I've seen this spoiler on the SRTUSA WRC car when it was here and I can honestly say it makes the car look night and day compared to the "22B style spoiler" that is available now. |

It's not practical on a street car because it's easily damaged with it hanging that far off the back of the car. The Prodrive is basically flush with the base and the trunk, the spoiler itself goes up at an angle though.
