Legacy JDM swap.. COMPLETED! EJ20 in an EJ25 application. Specific questions as to ECUs and

Good morning NASIOC! New Kid on the block here. I am JT20, I am 38, I hail from New Jersey and I DID have a specific question about my setup etc etc and this is my first post and entry into the forum. Let me begin!

Thankful for the wealth of knowledge. Okay, short backstory: My car has begun life as a 2002 Outback (Legacy Outback but still, has an EJ20 in it now - ok)
2002 Subaru Outback Auto, Base or L.

Started as an EJ25.

The EJ25 developed a problem, and an EJ20 went in.

We are probably talking EJ251 to EJ201 here. It's naturally aspirated and the oil filter location, I would say EJ201.

The stock ECU was left in.\

I have concerns about the car being over-fueled, as a result of this.

I did find an EJ20 ECU (99-04 SUBARU LEGACY BL5 BP5 2.0L ENGINE CONTROL UNIT ECU 22644 AA853 JDM EJ201) on EBay.

So, I have some questions:

1. Is my car being over-fueled, fuel diluting? (It runs fine however Is that a concern.)
2. Will the ECU from Ebay I found even work?
3. Should I get said ECU and send either it, or the ECU already in my car, off to a tuner to adjust proper fuel trim to the EJ20?

Thank you. And let's begin!

Here is what my car looks like.

As long as the manifold and cam/crank gears were swapped with the original EJ25 ones, it should run fine this is a common swap for old single cams. If it runs/drives fine i wouldnt worry about it.
