chademo's latest version (backwards compatible as well) is capable of better charging than even the Tesla setup. CCS is only a thing because the European union decided that was the standard they were going to adopt, so everyone followed them.

chademo is a japanese standard, so it's not surprising to see it still present on japanese developed cars.

That is very odd. Why would you DC charge a PHEV? lol.

Haha. Maybe not that harshly. She picked a car with low range and an iffy infrastructure. Her real mistake was just poor planning.
