Hyper that looks pretty clean! Did you have to wrap the hose to fit the spacer?

I was feeling lazy so I just cut out small pieces of sticky sound deadening foam and put them in the hose holder, this way it doesn't scratch the strut bar, and does decent job holding the hose in place

Is your side plating covering the old area or did you cut it out and weld in the flat plate?

I cut it out. Once I grind the welds it will be nice and flat.

Finally got around to more wiring for operation glove box fuse panel. Finished up extending the headlight harness to run down the driver's fender and under the radiator. So far its cleaned up a lot. Still have to extend the horn harness and radiator fan wiring, then be good to go. Snagged a 4 pin connector from a junk yard for the Mishimoto dual fan shroud to mate with the car wiring. Slowly moving along on it...

LINK TO VIDEO OF FUEL LINES IN BAY via facebook post

facebook.com/ben.wojnarowicz/videos/10157414200246754/?l=7035966358423709394 <- actual link

Was able to dick around with the car again. More happening tonight on it. Fuel lines are finally cut and in! Alternator power cord to fuse box (which is now in the glovebox) has been extended and is ready to go. Next up is power steering lines, battery power (battery in trunk) to starter. Then get the dashboard back in the proper spot instead of in my back seat. Cannot wait to hear this monster fire up. Custom 2.61L with EJ207 big ports equipped with GSC S3 cams, no avcs. Thing is barely going to idle.

Made a bunch more progress last night again. Got the HVAC fully mounted again, dash bar is fully mounted again, and finally found where the LED flasher relay replaces the OEM one (been scratching my head trying to find the damn plug for 2 months). Have to ziptie some hanging wires up a bit in the dashboard to keep them away from the pedals. Still have to finish running engine fluid lines, catch can, sub frame, axle seals, install full dash, oil prep, and start her up!

Ben, did you run into any challenges while relocating the fuse box?

Had to extend 1 yellow interior wire from the main harness behind the HVAC. The rest was extending the headlight harnesses, horn harness, rad fan harness, driver side coil pack wires, alternator plug, alternator power to fuse box wires, fuse box ground wire. I do have 1 rando plug left over by the driver side grommet which I think would have been the length to go to the headlight area from the stock location fuse box. Not sure what it goes to. Kind of looks like an ABS or fog light plug but all of those are spoken for. So just going to put power to it and test it when the time comes.

And here is how the dash sits after the weekend:

Pic of extended headlight harness to passenger side:

Pic of the looked fuse box harness. Goes under the radio harness, and to the right the alternator power wires (2 white saudered to single red) comes out of the loom.

Zombie, heres that plug. Gray 2 pin. Alignment notch on 1 side. Brown/yellow, green/brown wire 20gauge. judging the length where it sits now it might be driver's side headlight area, drivers side of the engine, or near the fuse box.

And more progress! Running coolant lines, all power steering lines are done. Turbo is back in. Have a couple last things to button up and then first start up!!

Thanks to iwireservices.com, and for anyone else wondering about that 2 pin gray plug. It's for the AC pressure switch. At least its something I will never need again haha

That explains why I didn't have that plug listed. My AC has been gone for years. Actually planning on putting it back on so feel free to mail me that unused connector shell...

Hahaha that would do it. Im trying to keep as many stock plugs on the OEM harness in case this car ever has to go back to stock. Still have the MAF connector wired and run, cruise control is pulled back a replugged just in case. Sadly living in Massachusetts, I can't realistically cut and run because of our safety and emissions inspections.
