I'm not familiar with all of the different helmets out there. People who have them can give you feedback.

that looks exactly like my pyrotect SA2000 closed helmet - http://www.soloracer.com/pyrofullfacesa.html

if it is OEM pyrotect, then the price seems to be good

I bought my G-force helmet for track days off of eBay. I'm happy with it.

I went to the G-force site and used their sizing chart to figure out what size to buy.

sure!

i'm letting it go for $120 ($149 new) - local only though as i'm trying to avoid to ship it as much as possible. can drive and meet up.

only used it twice - last May 15 and 16.

black, size L, open faced GF-750 SA2k

what rating of helmet do you need for autox? does it have to be closed face? or can it be open?

autox allows even the M2000 helmets, but they do recommend SA2000.

as for open or closed face, they're both allowed, it's personal preference. a lot recommend the closed faced one though (specially for open cockpit cars).

when i did my research, i thought that open face would be alright. but when i was running at the autox already i kept on looking at the steering wheel and how 'vulnerable' i felt my face was. i guess i kinda became paranoid, thus i switched to a closed face. nothing to lose being extra careful
