Default *&^%#!! - Yeah, I need a body shop around Watertown.

Got hit, but good, in a parking lot today. I've had it less than six months.

(yes I have cell phone pics, but I can't post them form work)

It was low-speed hit, but something on the other car punctured my front bumper and dragged it up and to the left. The appraisers's estimate was all external damage; new bumper, lights (not broken but gouged and scratched), at least one fog, and a hood, with some minor scratches in the drivers fender fromt he bumper cover sliding over it. The "up and to the left" motion bent and twisted the hood. The rest of the car seems fine. No fluid loss. The appraiser is an ex-auto-body guy and he said he didn't see any twist in the body besides the hood. I pulled off the bumper and the car is driveable and tracks straight.

BTW for '09 owners, the downside of having the grill supports as part of the bumper (they are, in case you haven't looked) is that when the bumper moves, so does the grill. I'm pretty sure that's why my hood was taken out in this accident. Otherwise it would have been all bumper.

So, I need a recommendation for a body shop in the Watertown area. I've had bad luck with Arsenal Auto Body on a previous car, so I will not go back there.

I did a search and it seems like folks are pretty happy with Sansossio in Natick, so that's a possibility. It would be nice to be a bit closer to home though.

Anyone had any experience with O'Rielly & Son Auto Body in Watertown? Anyone with other recommendations for that area?

Sako Auto Body in Medford. They primarily work with Lexus of Watertown, but will take walk-ins. They do incredible work. (fixed a small dent/repaint on my rear bumper)
