Hey! You like rally cars? - Black River Stages Rally - September 20 - 21, 2014
Please consider attending and volunteering.
http://blackriverstages.linaracing.com/2014/ September 20 - 21, 2014 Harrisville, NY https://goo.gl/maps/eBjE8 This year, BRS is the all important NASA National Rally Championship round! This year will be an excellent rally and we hope you get it on your calendar! You can take a look at a volunteer-specific schedule here: http://www.nasarallysport.com/main/event-schedule?t=2 We have a fantastic entry field brewing, 33 cars and 9 bikes, so it looks like everyone it trying to get in on the National Championship. Don Kennedy is signed up to race, he's been a stage captain at BRS for a long time so it's going to be cool to see him GETTING timed instead of DOING the timing. If you've been volunteering for a long time and are thinking about transitioning to racer, ask him about it if he has a spare minute. You can get signed up to volunteer with just a few clicks, so please do! http://nasarallysport.com/main/database-log-in Help us out and get signed up early. Remember that when you sign up, you can say when you'll be showing up, what you want to do, who you would like to be stationed with, and when you have to take off. We'll do our best to put you in a great spot! The 2014 Rally Guide has lots of info on lodging to help with plans: http://blackriverstages.linaracing.c...ally-Guide.pdf And thanks for being part of the passion and action of grassroots rally! You and I are out there for the same reason: we love rally!

Jay and I went up to this for service a couple of years ago, and he co-drove it the year before that. It's a really fun rally, a lot more relaxed than a Rally America event. It's definitely a long drive, but if you're into stage rally it's well worth it.

It's definitely not too late to volunteer and make plans to attend! The racing field just keeps getting better and better too.
