You really can't. Those are from an OEM HID setup. Your JDMs are halogen projectors that use H1 bulbs. The D2S HID bulbs will not physically fit into the housings, and attempting to "make them fit" will not work out well.
IMO you should sell these and save yourself some headaches on a project that won't work out.
If you want to improve the lighting from the JDMs, modify the beam pattern (if you haven't already done so) and get a set of Osram Silverstar H1's.

mulder, maybe we're misunderstanding each other, i have purchased a set of oem hid jdm projectors without balllast and bulb, so ibouth the d2s bulbs and they fit fine, now i cant get the plugs from the ballast to fit on the ignitor on the lights because they are different plugs. if that makes more sense?

Oops, didn't see that you had the HIDs. So forget what I said (except the part about the beam pattern, that still applies).
However-
If you're trying to use the ballasts you bought with the ignitors already in the lights I don't think you can do that since the components are made to work together and aren't compatible with ones from different manufacturers. It's not just a matter of the plugs being different, I doubt that the new ballast would work with your existing ignitor even if you could connect them.
To make this work you'd need to use the new ignitors as well as the ballasts, but to do that may require some cutting of the housing to allow the ignitors to fit into place behind the bulbs.

No, you either need to figure out a way to use the entire setup you bought, or find a set of the JDM ballasts. You're dealing with high voltage here and you don't want to be messing around with components that aren't compatible with one another, and splicing isn't a good idea with HID wiring either.
A bit too late for you I'm afraid, but this is why it's a bad idea to buy a set of these lights that aren't complete with all the parts, no matter how good the deal is.

BlueBerryRex,

If you want OEM ballasts for the HID bugeyes, I can send you the contact info for this one guy in Japan. I just picked up a set of OEM HID bugeye projectors. The guy says he can get most JDM parts easily.

PM me your email.
