Hmm.. I'm going to Japan in March. I may drop by the Subaru dealership and grab some of these and ship it back =) Anyone interested? I also recall hearing that the Subaru crash test facility parts out their crashed cars for a huge discount. I'm going to go through my emails and drop by it too.

I have the V limited on my car already. I like it but need to sand out some recent scuff marks and repaint it or just replace it.

[quote=SpicyPeaNut;38845442]I can also hear another question being asked. "What size drill bit do I need?" Well, since I have no idea what the actual size was on the bit I used I used the ole eye-ball test. I grabbed a random bit that was the same diameter as the bolts...
1/8", 1/4" and 3/8" - they cross over to the 3mm, 6mm and 9mm that the instructions call for. It's the same as the OEM front lip. Totally worth the money, same quality and fitment as the front lip too. |

The price will shock you though. The vendor who sells them orders them in bulk and charges 280.00 for a set. Same price as the baysonr knock offs. If they are the real thing and all goes well i will release their contact info. Last edited by Lrn2Corner; 02-13-2013 at 01:08 AM. |

Authentic at 280 is improbable. A vendor could order every unit from overseas and not be able to profit from selling at 280.
Authentic STi items do not become attainable at such discounts. Especially those not OEM to NA. ...Please post pics once they arrive to make it certain. |

Who needs the STi serial number on the inside ?
Authentic to me is a propper material like PP or PU - not fiberglass (GFK) like the baysonr-ones (to cracky). And PP/PU instead of fiberglass would be possible for 280,- Last edited by czeckson; 02-14-2013 at 01:09 PM. |

The logic in that statement is skewed. The statement concludes that inauthentic skirts are possible at 280.
Other variables such as material are irrelevant to the authentic price point. |

You will never get an original S206 side skirt for 280,-
When the price in Japan is 618 $ (57.750 Yen). In Austria you pay 808 EUR. |

You donīt get me:
Who cares if itīs authentic if it looks 99% the same. Even if the material is similar. A replica from PU at 280,- is no problem. If baysonr can do it with fibreglass, somebody else can do it from urethane. AND THAT IS what everybody here is waiting for |
