Default any1 know how to color fog lense?

i've seen a few impreza fog lenses colored blue. any1 know how to do this with any color?

there is a company that sells specific film overlays for that. I forgot what was the name of the company but they had regular clear, yellow, and a ice blue.

They work good for protection as well.
