Default V7 EJ207 to 02 bugeye swap brake booster hose question

While doing my swap, I noticed the brake boosted hose was still not connected to anything

on the previous EJ205 in the car, the brake booster connection was on the driver side of the intake manifold (see image)

however on the JDM 207 intake manifold, there seems to be a hose already in its place (directly below driver side intercooler bracket)

i read somewhere that it may be different because of right hand drive in japan, so would the brake booster connection be on the passenger side of the car? If so, where??
Thanks in advance for any help!
