Differences between the twin turbo, sti, and regular wrx internals?

Hi guys...I'm looking for the most reliable base I can use to run 300-320 hp. I want to get a low mileage imported engine if possible to put in this kit car I'm building. The sti usually costs alot more than the twin turbo engine and I would like to know if there are any internal differences between the two. I would rather get the twin turbo and slap a t3/t4 on it with some custom piping if it's the same as the sti. I will be running it with a haltech e6k so management is not an issue.

Or should I save even more money and just get a standard wrx motor?

I did some searching but didn't really come up with much info about the internal differences between the engines. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Btw, did I forget to mention I'm shooting for 10'S!
