![]() I ordered through Geoff at Cyngus. Geoff was invoiced, and overcharged, and then we never heard or received the product. I kept calling and emailing KS tech and finally Matt said he couldn't find my order. Asked if I ordered through a reseller or what. I told him I ordered through Cyngus - never heard another word from the the guy.
I told Geoff to cancel the order on pure principle. Then Matt said he'd rush make and ship it - I said F no. You don't treat people like that for weeks. His product isn't anything special. You can buy the maf adapter on Ebay (KS TECH sold them too) and build the same pipe yourself. That's kind of getting off point. In any event - sounds like KS Tech is done for. *Shrug* |

![]() Matt at Ks Tech had a family emergency, unbeknownst to us vendors. He did respond and has caught up on all backorders. When placing an order with iir, we tell our customers to expect a 2 week eta on any kstech product. Things like weldless tgv deletes, air pump deletes we have stock of here to prevent any delays. Since most of the items are custom, well he makes them to order. Wishing everyone the best

![]() Took me over a month to get the last item I ordered..... And. Communications was crap. He had a good excuse as the weather had been rough in the area, but, it was just his luck. My impression is it's a sinking ship, or, just the way it is.
If you can source the item elsewhere I'd do it. |

![]() I sent a message through the website and got a call but no contact with a person. However, shortly after that exercise after I got an email that a shipping label had been created.
I hope everything is good at KSTech. I just wish there was more transparency. |

![]() I ordered a set of Air pump block off plates, four phenolic spacer gaskets, and their 3mm spacers. I received a set of 6.5 spacers, bolts, all the air pump stuff and the gaskets. I can't use the 6.5 mm because im keeping my top mount. I sent them an email asking for a swap . two weeks, they never answered. Filed a paypal complaint, and they answered in four hours. Basically told me they are out of stock on the 3mm and i needed to wait a week. Needless to say, a month later i had to escalate my claim and let paypal make a decision.
Their parts look really nice , just seems their QC/customer service is falling apart. Kinda bummed, but it is what it is. |

This sucks -*my 2007 STI was in an accident, need a replacement intake (would've been covered by insurance). Now I can't find one that will work with my Perrin FMIC and APS turbo inlet. |

![]() So I approached my bank said it's out of their hands nothing they can do about it. Purchased 83mm mega maf vide order no. 3358 on 10th May now it's 25th June no email response, guy doesn't pick up calls always goes to voicemail. It's frustrating when someone plays around with your hard earned money and furthermore he's kept me waiting a good 4 weeks as I've purchased car parts from other vendors already delivered to the logistics company that I've instructed to wait for this Kstech part before 'bulk' shipping all the items to Nairobi, Kenya.
This really sucks and I'm at that point of just letting that $270.00 go as it will be the first time ever in years i'll have been short changed; here we call such vendors conmen and now it's becoming a global thing. If anybody can help I'll appreciate. |
