05 2.5rs can i fit wrx 5 or sti 6

i have a 2005 2.5rs and the saving accounts keep climbing so thins winter im pulling the engine so on and so forth but the question is cna i fit a wrx 5 speed(if there is even a diffrence in the two) or an sti 6 spd in my car if you have info for the best transmision upgrade please share

Read the sticky threads. You are not landing on the moon with this type of question, gearbox swaps have occured for YEARS, so research.
