Default Looking to Buy 06/07 STI, What to look for?

Hey, Looking to purchase an 06/07 STI, is there anything I should look for or know before agreeing or negotiating price? I have looked at a few Subaru's and this seems to be the best bang for my buck, just want to know common problems to look out for. Thanks.

if you have cash in hand they won't refuse you especially now...i had $28k in my hand the night i bought my 06 STi 3 years ago, and the price was 32k on the sticker. I said i have this amount cash, and he went to talk to his manager and came back and said "its yours"...cash is a powerful thing if you have it when it comes home/car buying, if not don't pay attention to this comment lol.
