looks like varis vortex generators (or perhaps another brand), either flipped upside down, trimmed, or from another car/make/model custom fitted for a subaru rear end

The actual bumper spats are oem JDM bumper spats, and the aero on the bottom is a varis rear vortex generator.

Jesus people don't read you're half right

Its the JDM rears spats and an hks diffuser. The setup isn't anything new its been done.

At the though its probably the best combo to make our bland asses look interesting lol
