Thumbs down Driver's side window doesn't work!!!!

Driver's side window was making squeaky noise and all of the sudden it stopped working. I can't open the window and it appears that the motor just blew... I am taking my car in for service tomorrow so I will have to disconnect the HPMBC and a few other mods I have in my car

Has anyone experienced the same problem?

Not on mine ...but on a 02 WRX......dealer/warranty will cover it!

I know its frustrating on a virtually new car...but..STUFF happens. . Let the dealer fix it.

I dont think youll have to un mod your car, none of your mods caused the problem...
The problem is all 3 nuts fell off your window motor. it didnt blow out. unless you kept trying to get it to work and blew it out.
If you search the mid-west forum for "if theyd only have used Locktite" thread its only a week or so old, so its probobly on the first few pages.
You can have the dealer do it, or do it yourself, and forget about it.

But they might keep a record of the mods found on the car, and in a future problem, might point to the mods as the cause ??

Later...AH
