well I finally got them done. I blacked out my interior and am gonna have these and a red cage in there for color. Also, I tried using epoxy to put them back together and it definitely didn't work, use the screws for sure. Thanks for the write up (and yes I know the switches and handles aren't installed yet haha)

Yeah I actually didn't even remove the blue from the doors either. I started to peel it back but noticed that the foam was coming with it. So instead, I just glued the fabric directly onto it. I took my time and think it turned out pretty cool. I won't be getting my car back for about a month or so but I'll be sure to post up some pics of the whole interior when I get everything put in (i can't wait)

Why does it look sort of unfinished/uneven at the top edge of the new trim (where it meets the light grey)?

Its probally just some jagged cuts from the razor blade. But it really isnt noticable now that its back in my car.

I am probably going to have our local embroidery shop make me some stuff, I will have pics in a bit. I've got Bride seats (black, red stitched) and a Sparco wheel (black, red stitched), STi mats, Momo T200 grids (silver, yellow logos) , and a dead pedal (it's dead, Jim). I am looking to do something to tie the red, blue, and yellow together, maybe a Subaru "Pleades" in yellow w/ "Subaru" in red on a WRB fabric card? What do you think?
