Default 2005 OBXT w/ EJ20X Swap Help

Hey all,

Just finished swapping an EJ20X into a 2005 Outback XT that I bought with a blown engine. The Outback was completely stock before this swap.

Now the cars setup is as follows:

JDM EJ20X w/twin scroll vf38 setup(catless uppipe)
TGV Delete
USDM ECU and Harness
USDM Yellow Injectors (540cc?) Have the JDM blues but heard they flow less.
Custom 2.5 Catless DP to Stock Exhaust (one cat)
91 Octane

JDM Manifold
JDM Throttle Body
JDM Cam Sensors
JDM Crank Sensor
USDM Knock Sensor
USDM Map Sensor
USDM MAF Sensor
JDM Cams in factory position
Exhaust AVCS unplugged

Pretty much used everything that I could from the EJ20x that would plug in directly. Only changed the Map sensor trying to troubleshoot this problem.

So tried to start this thing yesterday and it did start and idle but very rough. Seemed like only two cylinders firing. Let it idle a few seconds and then tapped throttle and it died immediately. Tried to restart but now only stumbles, backfires and dies. Checked that fuel is good and getting to motor. There is a chance that the injectors are gummed up as I am guessing the blown motor was sitting for awhile but seems slim. Really seems like a timing issue. Like when it idled on the first start the cam position was just barely allowing it to run but when I tapped the throttle the position changed and now is to far out to run.

I have not touched any of the tuning yet but am under the impression that it should at least idle somewhat smoothly on the factory EJ255 map. Can anyone here confirm that?
Is it possible that these changes would be enough to cause my issue?
Displacement
TGV Deletes
Uppipe Cat gone
Downpipe Cat gone

My next plan of attack is to mess with the fuel maps. Anybody got some helpful info? Thanks in advance!
