Default VF52, replacing CHRA, any caveats?

I noticed upon taking apart the turbo from my '09 WRX to clean that the corner of one of the blades on the impeller is bent, which probably isn't a big deal, but it also has a tiny bit of shaft play, and the turbo has almost 90k on it so I'd rather play it safe and just replace what needs to be replaced since it's going on a newly built motor. I'm planning on buying a new Mellet CHRA from xsboostturbochargers and replacing it myself. I've watched videos on the process and it looks pretty straight forward, as long as the housings are sealed and clocked appropriately and there's no contact between the impeller/turbine and housing? This is assuming there's no crack by the wastegate which seems to be fairly common. I haven't cleaned it yet to check.

I was planning to ship the turbo out to have it rebuilt, but then I'd be paying shipping and there's no guarantee of turnaround time and it would probably be comparable in cost, and I'm trying to wrap this thing up next week. I also have serious trust issues with others working on my cars, not being able to be confident in the quality of workmanship. Just wondering who has replaced the CHRA, how has it worked out for you and were there any "gotchas" while doing it, or afterward?
