Redline is 8k and shift @ 7800...

Was just the last pull of many for the tuning session and no reason to go any further in the rpm range with horsepower and torque tapering

i tried to compile rolling shots that i can find from every faze my STi went through:

back when she was all stock besides the wheels, tint, and black roof.
wheels are Enkei GTC-01 18x9.5 +38 in stock tires

then i learned that you do a DROP first before wheels, but hey live and learn.
wheels were Work emotion xt7 18x9.5 +38 stock tires.

back to stock wheels for wintermode:

rolling across the chessepeake on last years 48hrs of tristate:

yes these are all subies, biggest subaru rolling shot to date?

and then i got some 275's and re powdered the XT7's

how she looked before i got rid of it

What tune is on the car for the street video that you posted above? I calculated the 50-100mph time at 4.82 seconds (with 2 shifts).

I got some stuff in last week and finally got around to installing this weekend:
Redline Shift Boot and Ebrake:

For anyone interested...these tools will help.

Finally got these on. BTW...stock wheels and tires are for sale...they are broken down and listed in the Southeast Regional Private Classified forum.

Flush-enough:

I initially wanted miro 111's too, but realized going from anchors (g forces) to other anchors was a little counter productive and picked up some RPF1's

Yep, weight is the only reason I didn't get them.

Thanks. I would love to lower it, but I DD this car and there are enough places I can barely get through right now..especially my drive way.

I went with 245/40/18...which is about 2% taller than stock...so I guess it is a little visible.

I'm not so much concerned with weight of the wheels...i've got another car I use for auto-x and track days. It was primarily for looks and fitment. I just can't justify dropping 3x on wheels that I will never really benefit from.

Seems like anyone with an 11+ got it. This totally blows since it seems we all have to revert back to stock if DMV ever asks us for that paper from the dealer saying this reflash was completed if you live in CA.

Dear Subaru Owner:

This correction ensures that should there be an abnormal condition (i.e., the engine coolant does not reach or maintain the proper operating temperature), the “check engine light” will illuminate. The proper illumination of the “check engine light” is needed to alert you that corrective action may be required.

This will take approximately 30 minutes to complete. However, it may be necessary for you to leave your car longer on the day of your appointment to allow your dealer flexibility in scheduling. Your Subaru dealer will perform this modification at no cost to you.

Interesting to see that none of the Midwestern states were included in this service bulletin (I clicked the link read the bulletin). Wonder why that is...over zealous bureaucrats?..

Went on a cruise through the white mountains in a snow storm with over 30 Subaru's on Sunday. Here are a couple pics during my drive home.

Here are a couple more taken with most to all cars. 2 BRZ's also made it through with hardly any problems! Oh did I mention a police escort through part of the town?

Kangamangus highway? Was up there in the fall visiting a buddy, took his ram instead of the wrx. Will be back up in February, hopefully they'll be some snow.
