Bagged Wrx frame notch
My Wrx is running the airlift air ride system I'm trying to get as low as possible but I'm running into clearance issues with the frame laying on the axles when I air down, so I think I'm gonna cut (notch) the frame so I can go down lower in the front, any other suggestions?

Yeah, it will look better once you get rid of the wheel gap.

Or you could just ditch the wheels and drive on the rotors.

To do it right, cut a section out of the frame and weld in a piece of half tubing to reinforce the area. I would also plate the area around the weld.
Or just wait until your axles make clearance for themselves. Thats a Do-Luck trunk. |
