Question Cobb SS 3" Downpipe and Borla Hush Cat-back Exhaust

Need some help on the whole exhaust thing as I am just getting to modding my 2002 WRX sedan.

I'm looking to do some mods over the next few months and the first thing I was going to do was the exhaust. This might be a stupid question, but here goes.

If I buy the Cobb Tuning SS 3" Downpipe, will the Borla Hush Cat-back system bolt directly to the Downpipe? Or will I need to 1) buy or 2) have an muffler shop create a connector or mid pipe?

Finally, what are your thoughts on this combination if I wanted to eventually buy a Cobb AccessPORT? The reason I'm going with the Borla Hush is because I like the stock look of the dual exhaust tips.

THANKS!

The Cobb downpipe bolts onto the stock catback.
The Hush catback bolts onto the stock downpipe.

The combination will work fine for stage 2. A catless uppipe is highly recommended as well.
