Yea I know, a lot of people don't agree but I purchased this car to drive. And I will surely do so.
More pictures soon.
The manual says to break in by staying under 4k RPM's for the first 1k miles.

^^^ Yes PLEASE do a proper break in!! Could mean the difference between having to take it back for some issue right away and them asking why you didn't break it in as they said haha

Aweseome! Congrats and enjoy! I'm really interested in first drive thoughts, other than the magazines and tv shows that have been doing the reviews.

Car looks great!

Is that WRB or the new Galaxy Blue behind it?

Guess people just read the first post and that's it.

Good Luck. I hope the bad news turns into good news!

No call from the dealership so I went back to the port to check on status of my car.
Out of 10 Subaru's (6 BRZ's, 3 sti's, and 1 WRX) there when I took pictures of my car last week, all of them are gone except mine. Mine was the first in line and they actually moved it back 3 spots and took the other vehicles. I was effing pissed.
According to dealer, I was supposed to get it today but it is out of their hands because it is at customs.

Can't win today. Lol

On a positive side, I saw a red stamp on paper onfdash saying "ok" that was not there before so I am hoping.

Just received email from salesperson.
Car is at the dealership. FINALLY.
Only thing in my way is the initial detail of the car and registering the car. Pending no other delay, I should have her Tuesday/Wednesday.

I am going to drive the car smooth for a while. But the real break in WILL be at the track around beginning of April. There are performance shops here who specialize in Subaru's also. I will speak with them this week also.

I thought the same thing. But they do a great job here. Remember I'm in the desert. 135 degrees days with sand. The cars are well prepped for the climate.

Congrats on the new car! I'm curious to know what you think of the new center display? Mainly the boost gauge.

Thanks!
