Is your clutch slipping? If not then I don’t see why you’d upgrade with just those modifications. Just my opinion.

Are you planning to go with a larger turbo? Why the larger injectors and fuel pump for what amounts to a stage 2 parts list? I have essentially the same parts on my car (minus the verticooler) and the stock injectors and fuel pump work fine with a pro tune.

My stock clutch is working fine as well.

Buy clutches based on their torque rating.

See what works with your numbers.

I have an Exedy Stage 1 Heavy Duty Organic Disc Clutch on my '13 STI and it nearly identical feel as OEM clutch, but it handles loads better than the OEM clutch. My car is currently pushing 290whp.

stage 1 will handle up to a fairly high amount of torque. people here have seen lbs of 350+ on stage 1 iirc
