My wrx came with a defective heated passenger seat. Took it to the dealer waiting on parts to come in. They'll call me once they're here to replace it.

Looks like I need to go have the gas door fixed. It's been getting stuck opening, at first I just thought it could be dirt or something.

I was told by the dealership that it could be all the rain that south florida is getting but I guess not if it's happening to plenty of people everywhere. I gotta call the dealership and make an appointment soon.

There's a TSB out there for it so your dealer is full of ****.

Have the gas door issue too, dealer had to order a part. Have an appointment Saturday to get it put in.

I've had the gas door issue. I can hear some type of undercarriage rattle at the rear of the car when I hit moderate bumps in the road. I've had the radio error message pop up (was a hot day, long trip and radio was blasting). The first week I had it I went to start it one day and it keep turning over and not firing off. It eventually started and it only did it once. My cars about 3 months old and has 1400 miles

This is usually because people pair the the devices using the head unit. If you want your phone/device to connect automatically when you start the car you need to register your bluetooth using voice commands in the car. It's the most ridiculous thing but that's how it's been for a while. My 2012 you had to do the same thing.

Welcome to Subaru and buying the first model year OP. Sounds like you need to talk to your dealer and do some TLC to your new car.

This.

My salesperson set mine up with me in the parking lot after taking delivery to do this. The good thing is the pairing stays even after you reset the ECU, and all of the other (apparent) settings get wiped.

I paired my phone using the head unit and it connects automatically every time I start the car.

My gas door gets stuck also, my driver side back seat door is not aline with the quater panel. when u stand behind and look towards the front of the car i can see it stick out not much but noticable. rattle coming form either the steering wheel bottom buttons to control the center dash display or somewhere in that area, I can not find it tho. so annoying.

Gas Door. Got it fixed and it works great and is perfectly flush with the rear body panel now.

Cheers, Joe

Interior rattles aren't what I would call a defect.

I've noticed that as well. I can't tell if it's supposed to go up/down by one station or by presets. I've had it do both and I've even had it do whatever it wanted. For example, it went from channel 2, to channel 5, then channel 8... Increment of 3s but that makes no sense. I've come to the conclusion that it does whatever the hell it wants.

The "seek" button on the steering wheel is used to go through presets. I wish it would just go up and down channels, but I haven't found a way to change that.

Is does that for me for XM sometimes. I don't listen to FM radio much, but that just goes through presets on FM. I was referring to the controls when listening to XM. That's when it seems to have a mind of it's own. It's done presets for XM and it's done it by channel. It hasn't been consistent yet

Dear lord the amount of rattles mine is getting is borderline ridiculous. Above the center cluster (below the small monitor), Passenger side seat (under), Passenger side door, Center Armrest Extension Button, Parcel Shelf (Cargo cover).

At 560 miles....

The increment that the steering wheel button changes the station is determined by your most recent preset button pressed.

It's a glitch I think, or subaru is just stupid for thinking it was a good idea.
