Default A/C Hose from DP install... what to do with them?

I think I read someones thread in the past about what they did with their AC hoses being so close to their new DP, but now I can't find it!

Can anyone tell me what to do with the hose so that it doesn't melt by touching the DP (currently there is about 1cm clearance).

Thank you.

Mine is fine for 20000 miles at 1cm away from a godspeed downpipe.

Just tie-wrap it away from the downpipe... That's what i did and its fine (over a year).

ok. so basically my current clearance will be good enough I guess.

Melting it wont hurt anything will it other then cause a brief stink?

They allow play so the exhaust is less prone to crack.
