Default specs on some STi engines...

ok, im a longtime lurker and i have learned a huge amount on sti engines and drive trains.
but...ive searched for weeks, even on the net, and i have a few Qs...
i need to know if anyone knows the difference between the EJ20k (vesion 3-4) and the EJ207(version 5-6 and up). im looking for specific things, heres the list...
1. the intake manifold: i know the EJ20G has a different intake manifold, and you cant fit larger intercoolers very well. is the ej20k manifold able to fit, lets say a version 5-6 intercooler on it?
2. the turbo on the version 3: is it a VF series turbo? i belive it is a VF23, but im not sure.
3. the heads: whats the difference between the 20k and 207? flow numbers, port shape, blah blah...
thanks for any help whatsoever, and i hope yuo guys can help.
thanks again.

1. sorta the main difference between the ej20k and 205/207 manafold is the idle air controller the K has a devored IAC that is right where the bov sits on the 205/207
