CEL - misfire on all cylinders
I'm not good with diagnosis, so I was hoping someone could share a little of their expertise with me. I popped a few codes today, I reset the ECU and they haven't come back yet, but I'd like a little more info if possible.
P0301-0304: Misfires on all cylinders and also a P0138: O2 sensor #2 on bank 1. Can anyone tell me a little more about these and what the causes may be?

i think P0138 Oxygen Sensor Circuit High Voltage (Bank 1 Sensor 2)
I think that replacing it should fix that. Idk about engine misfires. |

I was tuned back in May. I think I will begin with spark plugs. About 48k on factory plugs, and a significant portion of that was on OTS stage 2, so they may be fouled by now. But would I have all 4 cylinders misfire at the same time?

Most likely related to the oxygen sensor code. It hasn't happened again and you're worried about it? If you are, maybe you should be logging. Otherwise this is just a waste of time imho.

yup what he said... during cold start your stock ECU is supposed to run the show but for some reason the UTEC interupts and causes these codes it can't be tuned out some cars worse than others, some people say when you start your car during warm up select map 0 than after warmup then run your preferred map... so ive been told. but it works for me

do they set at higher rpm but the car doesn't feel like its running rough when it happened?
do you have an auto start on the car? If so is it wired into the crank speed sensor wire? If so it results in a draw that causes the car to think it having a missfire but in reality it isn't. But it does set a p0301-0304 code. |

codes
I just diagnosed my 02 wrx and my car is throwin codes saying i am misfiring on all four cylinders and im running too lean. My car does have a lightweight flywheel. I completley re did the inlet and vacuum hoses. I bought the car a couple months ago and the previous owner had just replaced plugs and coil packs. Anyone have any ideas why my car might be throwing these codes?
