Default North East Valley Meet PHX

It seems to me that most of the East side meets have died down and only one remains now. However, it is quite far for those of us who live further north. So i propose we host a North/Central East side meet. Always need more excuses to meet up with scoobs and drool =)

Need the usual: Who What When and Where

We're loud and proud so it needs to be somewhere that isn't too rural, is close to freeway hubs, good selection of food and drink (that wont break the bank) and MUST be family friendly.

Lets brainstorm for a week or so and then hopefully we can all agree on something =) Please submit your ideas in an organized manner and with mapquest-like pictures included.

Thank You!

Tom

I like the idea of a north-ish meet! I am right at desert ridge so anything on the 101/51 down to the Tempe area would be on my edge.....but lets see what we all have to say!

It's much like a Tilted Kilt/Hooters in the attire department, but way WAY better. The waitresses sit and talk to you more and are cool if you are cool to them. As far as "family friendly" I have seen people bring little league teams in there (wish this place was around when I was in LL). Anyway the food is awesome, service great, beer 29 degrees, and the view is

The JDM fresh meets used to be the North side regular meets on Friday nights. They used to be held at the In n Out on Yorkshire and the 17. But those were canceled pending a new location. Maybe BajaSTI will chime in with any updates on the JDM Fresh meet.

The location should also have good lighting and plenty of open parking spaces so we can all park next to each other. No speed bumps would also be nice. Desert Ridge wouldn't be a bad location since there are plenty of eating establishments to choose from.

I vote for Friday nights since I work night shift Sunday-Thursday

desert ridge? far end of the parking lot at the backside of the theater is well lit and usually open. also is walking distance to lots of food options in the middle of the mall (islands, zupas, paradise, smash burger, yardhouse, rock bottom, etc) so it could be mixed up week to week.

Default S/O under seat sub

Sorry in advance fellas. Didn't know exactly where to ask this question but looking for somebody in the Phoenix area that has the under seat S/O "sub." I really would like to upgrade the existing stock system but don't want to lose any space in my '12 WRX hatch. I would like to hear what these sound like before investing. Anybody around the area willing to let me have a listen??

Thanks!

Mike
