Default Differences in '00 vs. '01/'02 Legacy GT Wagon...

I need help in getting a compiled list of what the differences in the two model years are:

Obviously the front bumper cover is different, but any other aethetic differences?

Engine differences?

Suspension Differences (shocks, springs, stabilizers, etc.)?

Chassis differences?

Interior differences?

anything else

Thanks in advance....

Urmil

Ummm....

I know the cup holders are different. the '00 and I believe the '01 have the cool single slide out cup holder in the dash and one in the center, the '02 now have 2 in the center console, none from the dash.

The color choices are also different. Silver has been added for '02, bright red was dropped after '00.

Drivetrain wise, I believe everything has remained unchanged. (could be wrong)

What about the hood isn't that different. (ie. No Scoop) I know on the 02 Outback I drove last week didn't have one, but I am not sure about the GT's.

Subarugt, you are correct, there is no hood scoop on the '02 GT's, although there hasn't been a scoop on the GT since the '99 version. (i.e. 2000+ = no scoop)

I also just found out the other day that the GT's (Limited I think)now come with the all weather package, that wasn't offered when I bought mine.

Probably many other minor "tweaks" or changes, I just don't know of any more.

Yeah, pretty much just color choices, the cup holder, and some other minor things have been changed. Other than that, there is not much altered to the car. Definitely, the MY00+ do not have any hood scoops. I believe that the Japanese spec cars still do have the hood scoop.
The bumpers are the same front and rear.

I think I saw a different radio head build into the Outbacks and I think the GT's are getting a new receiver head too.(not sure about this one)

I know that the L version is going to be discontinued from the Legacy line as well.

So to sum up the major points of interests to me:

The drive line components (engine, diffs, center diff, drive shaft, etc) is the same from the 2000 model to the 2001/2002 model?

Also the suspension and chassis is the same?

I searched and searched on the internet and only came up with differences on the '99 MY to the current MY.

Thanks for the help, and hopefully I'll be tooling around in a manual 2000 Black Legacy GT wagon this weekend.
