Boost: 21PSI
Fuel: 93OCT
Target AFR: 11:1 on 93OCT
SAE Corrections: Default Corrections
Peak HP at RPM: 409whp @ 4700RPMs
Peak Torque at RPM: 473wtq @ 4450RPMs
Transmission: OEM WRX 5-speed transmission
Gear: 4th
Engine Management: Cobb AP SD software

Engine/Power Modifications:
Awesome results out of this 2.5XTR equipped Subbie for a customer of ours out of West Virginia. Last time we were on the dyno the clutch was slipping showing low torque and limiting our ability to tune. With the new ACT 6 puck clutch and Streetlite flywheel we didnt have any slippage this time! The set-up was hitting hard with a 1BAR spring in the wastegate and the equal length headers. Quickly becoming our favorite 400WHP turbo for these cars, the DOM2.5XTR should definitely be on everyone's radar for a mid sized stock location turbo.

Tuning via the V3 AP and their speed density software and a set of the always awesome DW 1000cc EV14 injectors the power delivery was buttery smooth. We were getting close to maxing out the current fuel pump and injector combo seeing around 78% duty cycle on the injectors.

Final HP/TQ with AFR graph:

Very nice! Whats a stock and average stg2 sti put down with pumpgas on this dyno? Any chance you would say what total timing was at maybe 3600rpm, peak torque, and redline? Also maybe the avcs advance tat those same rpm/load points? The hp peaking so early is interesting.

Rexworx,

Timing:
3600 18* advance
4600 (peak torque) 13* advance
6500 17* advance

Timing was kept conservative so he will be able to enjoy the same level of reliability he has since his first tune several years ago with the additional power. Goal was 400, so we got there without forcing the issue. We increased boost over his last visit since he upgraded to a clutch that didn't slip under the torque output.

Injector duty cycle on the 1000cc injectors and 265LPH fuel pump was roughly 80% at 409WHP.

Thanks,
Alex Goodwin
