Default 60k rce yellows/oem struts. WHAT NOW?

I just passed the 60k mark on my base 15. I have whiteline front and rear sway with the same endlinks which I've already blown thru 2 pair, need to change those out but I was thinking about replacing struts with bilstein b8s and keeping rce yellow springs.

I load the cart up and notice that tein flex z are 50 bucks more.

Strictly daily driver I don't need to fuss with coils right? At first it was tein a coils then I got into edfc pro and the motor kit and the GPS kit and yadda yadda. As cool as it seems to adjust suspension on the fly I know it's just too much for my needs.

Bilstein b8s on yellows or I've heard koni mentioned.

Any input would be great this has my head hurting. I don't know a damn thing about spring rate.. that's my next topic to tackle with Google fu.

SWAY BARS FOR STI

IMO you should get the best damper you can for your budget, and the Bilsteins are a step better than any coilover under $1k. You don't get height adjustment or damper adjustment or camber plates, but you get a better damper which is more important.

I would recommend Bilstein B6 over B8 (same valving, more droop travel on B6).

But you should also consider GTWORX Bilstein which are a little more money but valving designed specifically for springs stiffer than stock (especially RCE Yellows) and a few other bonuses. The handling is a little more "fun" with the GTWORX Bilsteins with the rear more active.

Coilovers aren't always better!
