Feel free to correct me if you think any of this data is wrong
I'll update this post with your answers.

RS25 Sister Thread

I'd Link The I-Club Sister thread, but apparently NASIOC automatically changes the I-Club link to a NASIOC link.
why?

2002 to 2006 WRX have a 20 mm front swaybar, both sedan and wagon.

I have a 2003 WRX with a 20 mm rear bar rather than the later 17 mm, so I know at least some 2003 WRXs have them. Last six digits of my VIN (build sequence number) are 512174.

All 02-06 USDM Imprezas have a 20mm front bar except for some early STIs that had a 19mm.

Rear:
02-03 WRX sedans - 20mm
04-06 WRX sedans - 17mm
02-06 WRX wagons - 17mm
02-06 NA Imprezas - 13mm

'04-05 STi rear bar is 20 mm ( probably '06 too, but not for sure).

Correct. The STi rear bar uses endlinks with a different design, and the endlinks attach to the rear suspension's lateral links in a different manner than on other Imprezas. The STi endlinks attach to the top side of the lateral links... the STi sway bar endlinks aren't "C" shaped like like the non-STi ones, and they don't attach at the bottom of the lateral links.

I think you could swap "normal" Impreza lateral links, sway bar, and sway bar endlinks with the STi bits to make an STi bar work, but I'm not completely sure. Most people just end up installing aftermarket rear bars and endlinks on non-STi Imprezas, however.

I have an STi RSB on my '05 WRX. It fits just fine. It just bolts to the outside of the endlinks instead of the inside. Maybe this isn't correct, but I haven't had any problems with it.

04/05/06 Foresters come with a 21 mm front bars. Also the 17mm rear bar is hollow.

My 02 TS had a 13 mil rear bar stock. The front is 19 or 20 mil.

note: early 04 Sti had a 19mm front bar

1993-1997 wagon = 19mm front 13mm rear

correction for you :
1993-2001 L model sedan has an 18mm front bar

1993-1996 LS has a front 19mm bar

2002 TS = 20mm front 13mm rear

let me know what others you need/are missing.

Well its definately not 20mm. My brother is running my factory 2002 WRX FSB on his 91 Legacy. It is slightly bigger than the factory one. It might be a 19 but 17/18 sounds more like it. If I get a chance I will measure it.
