I may go along for the whole run this year

You need to change the name of it to the 72 hours of Tristate now though being that the last 2 years it has been a much more relaxed schedule than the first one.

Personally I think we should go back to the true 48 Hours format. Additionally it would be pretty cool if we raised money for a more global cause as well

Problem with the pace of the 1st year was the idea behind it is to meet and greet with others in the the tri-state area that don't always get to meet up with folks. By having such a crazy pace, we were late and/or short meets with folks along the way. That didn't lend well to the idea of meeting and greeting along the way.

Let's get some posts with ideas of who we should raise money for. I believe that Bat gets to choose the cause since he raised the most money the past 3 years!

Oh yeah! No saabs for all you 48hrs of Tristate Newbies was on the original 48hrs. riding shotgun cause he was subieless at the time. After the mocha-latte incident on the NYS Thruway with the XT6, he valiantly pickedup a handful of change and flung it at the vehicle who hurled the mocha-latta at the windshield of the XT6!

It'll be good to have you along paul!
