My “keto pizza” tonight was the regular pizza my wife made... but only the toppings and a mere bite or two of crust.

My Mom always made zucchini crusted pizza growing up because zucchinis grow to the point you can't give them away.

It is absolute garbage and gives me horrible flashbacks.

I just overheard a co-worker describe La Croix as "flavored hairspray"

This might be the most apt description I've ever heard

It's almost as if the "real" Whopper didn't have meat in it either

The really funny part is that I meant to post that in the "...better than expected" thread.

Whoppers are actually my favorite fast food burger.

Do yourself a favor and make your own ranch. It takes 5 minutes and it is so much better than the bottled stuff it's not even funny. I usually make half this recipe and it fills about a 13 oz jar. I also use slightly less milk than sour cream/mayo too.

Quote:
Ingredients

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup buttermilk or regular milk
3/4 - 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon dried chives
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
1/8 teaspoon finely cracked pepper
freshly squeezed lemon juice to taste approximately 1-3 teaspoons, adjust to taste

Everything from the packaging to the description sounds terrible.

In short...I blame you.

I'm not a big fan of La Croix but some of the flavors are potable at least. The wife bought limoncello flavor. Uh, no. Time to rethink that one, Croix boys. Tastes like bad cream soda mixed with partially rotten orange peel. Just weird, somewhat gross, and tastes nothing whatsoever like limoncello.

pure leaf tea house collection ( I don't remember the flavors I tried off hand )

review

"I would have been happier paying the same price for this bottle empty since I wouldn't have expected anything good to be in it."

I like 'em. And apparently some kind of majority can't tell difference between Impossible and beef.

I'd cop to 'we' eat too much meat. I'd cop to people have too much of an "all or nothing" black/white mindset incapable of middle ground. Eat less meat but keep eating meat if the desire isn't to become a vegetarian or vegan but just to maybe desire a cut back on meat production. Especially wholly questionable meat production.

I've been getting ads for them after buying the chicken equivalent. I'd give the chicken ones a similar review.

Took one bite and immediately had late 90s Boca burger flashbacks. I'm just super salty that it was so hyped up as tasting so close to beef.

*****, its boca burger.

Just had the Fred Meyer / Kroger “Simple Choice” brand impossible burger take.

Have you ever licked cardboard?
