Question where is the best place to get tires?

I am looking to get a set of tires put on my volk SE37A's (18 x 7.5). where should I go? would it best if I bought the tires from tire rack, and had the tires installed on to the rims, or should I buy the tires at a tire shop (which one?) and have them install them?

the rims are volk racing SE37A's QTY 5
the tire I want is either:
S-02's 225/35-18

or...

S-03's 225/40-18

thanks for any help,

If you go to America's Tire Co. they will usually match tire rack's prices (factoring the cost of tax as well). I've done this a couple times. Also they provide a insurance on the tires (at extra cost), so that if any tire damage/punctures occur they will fix or replace for the life of the tire.

I went to America's tire and purchased this "insurance", I ended up having to use it and found it is the biggest load of bull I have ever seen, they will find any way to flake on the contract, In my opinion I would say stay away from this company...
my 2 cents
