2.5L STi w/ GT30R and TMIC makes 414/421
Over the last year ive been building my STi for the ultimate street setup, and think ive came pretty damn close. I wanted a crazy powerband for the street with super low hp and tq. I also wanted to run a top mount to have very minimal lag, kind of look sleeper, and well just to be different. I know thats the only thing holding the car back but the power it put down is more then enough until I get a better idea of the cars limits. I want to give a huge thanks to Chris, Pete & everyone else at EFI that got my street monster up dialed in on the dyno and running like a champ. I also would like to thank Jodie @ Rallispec, my longblock came out great and couldnt be any happier. And also Rick, JJ and the guys down at IAG Performance for making the car handle like its on rails. And also the only shop that would put my car on some huge rubber, 275's!!! Theres also friends who helped me decide on parts for the car, and wrenched that deserve a thanks too. Chris wasnt expecting the car to put down this much on 93+Meth and I cant wait to see what she does on Q16 when the time comes.
I have already encountered a tuned c5 z06 vette owner who talked trash about my "riced out car with a body kit" at the race track last week. A quick 1/4 mile run shut his mouth right up. So far ive ran 3 12.11's at the track trapping 117-118, with my best 60' being high 1.7's my first day with this car at the track. When I knew how to launch the car with the prior setup vf39 on 255's I was 60'ing 1.5's and 1.6's all day.So when i figure out how to really launch this car and get more trips down the drag strip i see mid 11's in the future. I also wanna shoot for 10's on Q16. i think your "riced out car with a bodykit" is pretty hot. and 414hp/421tq is pretty dope on EFI's dyno for a 3076. what did you run in the 1/4?
EFI to IAG...westminster, md up to bethel, ct. both great shops...i split my time between ct and dc. |

Yea you didnt know that? EL was the last headers i wanted (I wanted that rumble and not to sound like an evo haha) but they make more power low end, and thats kinda what I wanted for this car.

Nice, numbers and the car looks good... I'm not a fan of the front fenders, but otherwise it's good looking...
However you say you ran in to a ZO5, you mean ZO6 i imagine.... and how you shut him up with your 1/4 time, but don't mention what you ran or post a slip.... sup wit dat? |

He has equals. Its the cams son!
I believe its INGS+1 front bumper and sides. Seibon hood, Chargespeed +20 fenders, APR splitter, and a Mature rear diffuser. Gary you might as well throw up the full mod list (if it fits). Having spent some time in this car, it is an amazing street setup. So much area under the HP curve. And I believe he his still working on getting a proper slip. Im sure he will post one when he gets a time he his happy with. |

OP please update your 1st post to the required format found here. And if you can, shoot me a new title for the thread that makes it a little more useful for those searching and browsing the PPB forum. Thanks.

Too bad Atco had that event last week. We could've gone and gotten some nice numbers with Price, Sam, John and Jake. Oh well, this summer will be ridiculous. Last one to 10's owes everyone else a tank of race gas?

^hahaha you're wild Jodie.
Gary is a dirtball! We were out last night in his car and did a few pulls on 38 and they pulled cepa over instead! hahaha We bailed into some neighborhood and cepa got tickets and the cop said he clocked him at 101mph, but funny thing is he was on break in and couldn't have. Gary is also bangin cepas girlfriend. |

Nice work man! She makes great power and those are nice trap times. I'm not a huge fan of the body kit, but I'll give you credit for having it done hella clean. Engine bay pix?
