Default PAC Auto Body Wilmington

Took our female driven 2011 Subaru STI to ozzy for some body work, bumper, hood, fender flares, side skirts and hood pins paint and install after being recommended by a friend. Sounds awesome right? Yea guy totally fuked us. We just asked for some paint work and wrap...Nothing a true PROFESSIONAL CANT HANDLE, but he managed to make a 45,000 car not only look bad but ruined. Painted components do not even match the original color of the car, there's huge scratch on the passenger door the length of a football field, car was released to us with more compound on the car than paint, and on top of that, fender flares were secured on by screws (from home depot) and not the rivets that were provided to him, hood pins he didn't even start, there was a huge paint chip on the front bumper on a fresh paint job, and on one of the fender flares the black paint turned ORANGE. Car is BLACK, NOT ORANGE. And he wants 2200 dollars for this. Car seriously came into the shop on better condition than it came out. Best day ever was when the car stepped into the right body shop. The car is at more reputable shop now fixing his pathetic excuse for body work. They should be calling you soon ozzy, to figure out what you did after they get done laughing. This guy Ozzy had one job, ONE JOB TO DO. If you want crap work for top dollar price, or your Floyd Mayweather and you just don't care about money, then this pathetic charity case of a shop is the one for you. Sent from my iPhone
