Default Brullen headers and highflow cat with stock catback?

I'm pondering doing this in the summer. I had my first verbal warning recently about having a loud exhaust and I'm hoping its not going to be a trend this summer. Plus I hate driving around in "stealth" mode (start in 2nd with cops around, shift at like 2.5k rpm ), worrying about how loud it is.

If I put the stock catback on, what would I see in a performance change? Would my low end torque jump back up, or would it be even lower? I have 2.25" piping as it is. I imagine the car would be louder, but probably the loud that I want.

I would just put the stock muffler on (i did a stromung midpipe with stock muffler for about a week, nice gains, no noise)... Or find an exhaust that isn't as loud...

I assume you have the brullen exhaust, but what sound level? My Greddy EVO is very mellow and might be a good decision... Your headers are probably giving you a lot of the sound anyways...

The Brullen is medium. Not sure if I could find anyone who has a quiet Brullen to trade, and I don't feel like buying another muffler.

Using stock muffler with midpipe would require a lot of hacking or fabrication of a new midpipe.

Put a resonator in your midpipe.
