Cool 2008 SWP 2.5i - My log

Is this picture enough to keep you intrigued to scroll down?

Well I Have this posted up on the Toronto Subaru Club boards, and I figured I may as well share it here to for those who want to see. Since I have pictures and mods scattered throughout NASIOC and receive a bunch of pm's every week asking about specifics. so this is to consolidate everything in one place
Ignore the old references of things to be installed, or if there are dates or anything as I am just copying over the relevant posts.

I finally decided to write down/ log my different/unique/diy modifications. I've finally gotten to a point where I am satisfied with the appearance/ handling and don't have any more big plans for a while (not that anything I've done thus far is "big" compared to most other cars on this forum lol) Feel free to comment, give criticism, or compliments! I have sporadically posted some of these mods/ pictures on NASIOC and have had great feedback and even inspired a few people, helping them out with the DIY/how to's through pm's. With that being said if anybody had any questions or needs help just ask, I've done all this myself and am always willing to help out a fellow member.

(From my introduction post)
The Subaru bug bit me early. At 17 I got my grandparents 1990 Subaru legacy 2.2 n/a. She treated me well up until her "retirement" lol 3 years ago. I was hooked I "needed" another Subaru. I ended up buying a 2008 pearl white Impreza hatch. Here is a pic of the car a few days after I got it; was well taken care of by previous owner.

What started as just a coincidence, has now become the colour scheme of the car, black on white with red accenting, I like it, and that's all that counts at the end of the day.

First things first, tighten up the front endlinks (just installed last week, and tightening incase anything loosened)

Stock Exhaust out (and a nice view of the whiteline sway bar )

Side by side

I still dont know who could have ever conceived the idea to make a muffler THAT big! its ridiculous

Installed

I've also Done a lot of sound deadening and block in my car. this is the tackling the roof:

Headliner dropped

Just look at all the nice shiny undampened sheet metal... Lets fix that:

p.s. that is the most body roll this car will get, and that is me thrashing it through the corner as had as she will go :P any other 2.5i will be scraping its mirror on the ground haha

Nice job! Was your interior black when it was stock or did you paint it and buy/re-upholster seats? Im working on converting my mostly light tan and black interior to dark grey and black or black on black because the tan is ugly and always looks dirty I see you did that 3m wrap and I may go for something like that as well

Thanks! The interior was always black, aside from the silver plastic, which I've been covering with vinyl/paint/leather Yeah I can't complain I love the black interior.
