Car still smoking at idle after turbo swap. I think i have an exhaust leak, or the catless uppipe makes a big difference in the sound of the turbo (sti catback, all i hear is spool).
ssssiiiiiigggghhhhhhh

I guess ill do compression/leakdown (warm) this weekend and see what happens. Anyone else want to do comp/leak this weekend? Feel free to come on by (near UCF) and do it up while i light my car on fire for entertainment.

That's what it's looking like!! On another note, saw some of your mud videos, made me a little jealous. I put AT's on my FXT in hopes of getting her nice and muddy and those plans have been thwarted as of late.

It's raining today... rain makes mud... make the magic happen!

Sure, it'll take 6 hours to get (most) of the mud off after 15 minutes of fun... but it's worth it!

Major and Mizle need to get in on this, too...

I was actually just thinking about that seeing as today seems like a good chance of rain

I dont think we got much of any rain here.

On that note, drove my car around today, saw no smoke at any point. Definitely have an exhaust leak somewhere though. What's the best way to find it? I changed manifold/up, up/turbo, turbo/dp and reused dp/mp.

$500.00 for a catless downpipe... Seems a bit... spendy.

Haven't looked in to any full TBE so far... I was pretty set on the Stromung 3" CBE (single tip) since I loved how much their system sounded on my RS.

I think one of the reasons for not having a meet on the weekends is because most people have family plans.
